Slander, Criticism, or Speaking the Truth - 2007/02/06 07:58 When I told a brother what he did wrong, with the intention to help him improve, he felt being criticized. When I told the same opinion to others, he felt being slandered behind his back even though what I said was the truth, honestly. I know I should have controlled my tongue and kept the opinion to myself. But the damage is already done. I apologized to him but apparently he either "heard without listening" my apology or could not forgive me. What is the remedy?
